This DVD also contains an exercise program that forms part of the latest evolution of Juliu Horvath's Gyrokinesis Methodology, the Breathing Program, Extended Version.
The exercises, performed both in sitting and standing positions, are designed to stimulate the lower, middle and upper chambers of the torso, in addition to the arms and legs, and corresponding breathing patterns are also engaged while the exercises are being performed. Guided imagery is also used as a tool during the execution of various exercises to facilitate one's assimilation of a particular image's qualities into the mind and body, such as a 'tree', which has rooted and grounding associations, or 'ocean waves', which can have flowing and rhythmical connotations.
An included booklet details each exercise and provides a written companion to the DVD. Approximate time of the Breathing Program, Extended Version: 30 minutes. A 22 minute interview of Juliu Horvath is also included. Total DVD Time 52 minutes
