We have many yoga and other execise videos and recently purchased this one, as well as others by Katy Santiago. We were favorably impressed with this video most particularly because of the quality of instruction from Ms.Santiago. We both thought she was one of the best yoga instructors we have encountered on any video production. Really excellent teacher and this production from Gaiam is also excellent. Highly recommend.

We have back issues in my family, Im assuming its genetic. I got this series for my teen daughter who visits a chiropractor weekly(and secretly for me too). We tried it together and loved it. Katy is so instructional and engaging. Her voice is so soothing and her instructions so thorough. The exercises were difficult but so relaxing. We both felt as if we had gotten a massage afterwards. I'm looking forward to purchasing the rest of her dvds.
